Built on the Handshake of Days Past

Long ago, a handshake signified a personal commitment to business.  The promise of each person would be fulfilled to uphold his/her reputation.  The rise of technology and fall of accountability have greatly diminished personal commitments and their value.

 

We are doing our part to change this.  How?  Our professional commitments are our personal commitments, and our reputation is a direct reflection of how well we execute.

The Founder's Story

Jeff advanced through childhood with family emphasis on wholesome values, honesty, and strong work ethic.  Rural America is much different than suburbs and cities, and it formed the foundation for both his personal life and professional career.

He was born into the oil and gas industry and spent almost two decades as an engineer (electrical / controls / instrumentation / project) and internal operations specialist.  These roles involved the oil and gas, energy, municipal, and industrial sectors.  He worked with several equipment patent holders to develop unique solutions.  Sales bid packages, project kick-off meetings, component selection, integration, purchase orders, supply chain management, standardization of parts and processes, and completely custom-designed products for customers were some of the normal daily tasks.

Simultaneously, Jeff established and owned / co-owned several small B2C businesses for which he recorded and tracked all the data.  He also developed several extremely complex automated financial workbooks for multiple companies.  During all these experiences, he realized most business owners and managers do not truly understand how a business operates, where the money is going, and what is truly important for success.

 

After repeatedly being undervalued, stonewalled, and blatantly disrespected by "upper management" in Corporate America, Jeff decided his talents are best applied to mitigating the financial chaos which runs rampant in most small businesses.  Working with small businesses to push them toward greater success is a dandy application of the passion he holds for helping others.
